Refund policy

At Midnight Muse, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help! Please review our return policy below:

• Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and in their original condition with tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless faulty:

• Lingerie sets

• Bodysuits

• Bikinis

• Stockings

1. To initiate a return, please email our customer service at returns@midnightmuse.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

3.Please note: The cost of return shipping (R150) will be deducted from your refund unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

5. Ship the package back to us using the provided label.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors if available. Please note, if the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
