At Midnight Muse, we aim to provide quick and reliable shipping for a smooth shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy:

Processing Time

All orders are processed immediately once payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  Orders over R2000, Midnight Muse offer free delivery nationwide

Local Shipping (Cape Town): Shipping costs within Cape Town vary based on the delivery radius. Prices start from R100 and will be calculated at checkout

Provincial Shipping: For orders outside Cape Town, delivery takes 2-5 business days.
Standard shipping rate: R150
Express shipping rate  : R200

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Delays

While we offer same-day and prompt provincial shipping, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there’s a delay.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely, but in the rare event that your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at midnightmusesa@gmail.com within 7 days, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

NOTE

Cape Town Delivery:

delivery time starts from 9am-7pm. We use Uber Connect for Cape Town deliveries, we will call you before we request a driver, we don't have personal courier driver, therefore, if the driver is unable to reach you when he is at the provided address, we will ask the driver to bring back the package to the pickup point and you will be responsible for the cost. 

Outside Cape Town Delivery:
Package must be dispatched before 12pm from Mon-to Fri. No shipping on weekends and holidays.
 Your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process. If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt to deliver on the next working day.
The courier will try once more (third attempt), and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and you will not be refunded, given that the courier has attempted delivery on numerous occasions.
